BRICS Forum joint declaration condemns Pahalgam terror attack, seeks UNSC reforms

The joint declaration said: “We express strong condemnation of any acts of terrorism as criminal and unjustifiable, regardless of their motivation, whenever, wherever and by whomsoever committed."
