Coronavirus outbreak: Maharashtra govt starts stamping left hand of those in home quarantine

Following a review meeting on measures taken to tackle coronavirus in the state, CM Uddhav Thackeray said that the decision to mark those who have been advised home quarantine in this manner had been taken to install a sense of responsibility in them.
