Chemical Sprayed on Migrants to 'Sanitise' Them, Bareilly DM Orders Action against 'Over-active' Officials

A 31-second clip of the incident shows men dressed in hazmat suits spraying some ‘chemical’ on some migrants sitting on the ground. Few policemen can also be seen standing aside while a voice can be heard saying “ankhen band rakho” (keep your eyes closed).
