In a horrifying incident, a 17-year-old boy was allegedly forced to undergo a sex-change operation around four years ago and repeatedly raped by a group of men in the Geeta Colony area in Delhi, according to a statement issued by the Delhi Commission for Women (DCW) on Friday.
